Our partner from Holland, Impuls -Netherlands Center for Social Care Research, is responsible for the social policy study within the context of the Home_EU project. The main purpose of the Social Policy Study is to provide an analysis of social policies within the EU on the theme of homelessness. In 8 European countries – Ireland, Italy, Spain, Poland, the Netherlands, Sweden, Portugal, and France – policy documents with a focus on finding ways to reverse homelessness will be searched and analyzed.

The results can help generate policy guidance for innovation with a focus in reversing persistent homelessness and contribute to the development of guidelines for innovative social policies intended to reverse homelessness. Data collection already started and will continue until September ’17. First results will be available in 2018 and the final research report will be presented at the end of the project in 2019.

The research team is composed by Judith Wolf and Tessa van Loenen. Meet them at http://www.impuls-onderzoekscentrum.nl/Home/
