On the 17th April 2017 the President of the Republic Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa received organizations on Homelessness for a second round of hearings on the National Strategy, and plan the future steps to influence the Portuguese Government to implement a strategy at the national level that reverses Homelessness until 2023.
