A delegation of the HOME_EU members has participated on the Transformative Community Psychology Biennial Conference of the Society for Community Research and Action (27th APA Division), on 21-24 June in Ottawa, Canada. Partners had the opportunity to meet with Marybeth Shinn and with Paul Toro, the HOME_EU Scientific Advisory Board members.
Interviews with participants from the Social Adaptation Center in Opole “Szansa” (Opportunity) for the homeless families have already started. The research team was very welcome there. The interviewed participants expressed a clear interest in the interview. Furthermore, they told stories of their own lives, which they thought they might be useful to our research. http://www.uni.opole.pl/en
